On or off site doesn’t matter if the client’s brief isn’t achieved.
ParkD’s product is fit for some installations, I just don’t think the Mandurah job is one of them, and I say that having digested the RFT in detail.
The car park is a critical part of the train line upgrades, and I’d also a statement building for the city. The tender documentation does not give much room for manoeuvre with non-compliant designs, and requires substantial supporting information for any departure from the documented design. ParkD may have gone to this effort but getting it over the line is another thing.
You’ve got to be in it to win it, but this is a difficult race for them to win (in my opinion).
