ON or OFF site manufacture critically matters in high traffic areas like CBD or train station.... frequent concrete pumping and concrete pour, daily high towel crane operations, hundreds labor parking issues, traffic controls issues etc etc make OFFSITE manufacturing critical in construction!
have you seen carpenter makes kitchen and wardrobe on site? Have you seen windows cut on site? Have you seen doors and locks put together on site?
In addition, OFFSITE manufacturing, particularly for structural trades help to meet construction program critical path dead line by preparing and planning material in advance.
