Why when he can obviously get 3x the current SP..
I'm going to buy a small amount and see if $50 order sells it down to 0.002 for VWAP and next raise.. wouldn't surprise me.
They might be trying to get at 0.002 which is basically game over for current shareholders..only new money will make anything on RFN imo.
