Agree he seemed to make a diff to communication at start.
Think he come to realise he can't drive an empty bus with no one else home to assist.
Probably like most new directors, all good intentions, but enthusiasm vanishes with no leadership.
Mr Loy looking after his mates rather than concentrating on business at hand more than likely took any puff of wind out of his sails he may gave had.
