Was excellent to see the date get set for the TPG/VHA merger yesterday (late June) and the special dividend confirmed (AFR is predicting between 60c and 67c fully franked). SOL is going to have a 12.6 percent stake in the new company as well as a separate shareholding in the demerged Singapore business (not too sure about the prospects for that one). We can expect the special dividend in late June which means we're getting our much needed cash injection!
