I think SOL is a quality buy at $20 but whether we get there or not is debatable. As far as the climate issues go I have a feeling that these bush fires might be a bit of a tipping point for some degree of policy changes. How that effects rural assets I'm not sure but if we can somehow address the issues in the long term you'd think it would only increase their value.
