    Newsflash! SDL own and developed the project to where it was shovel ready and negotiated a way forward; multi billion dollar CAPEX development finance is not avail in Australia for projects in Africa so logic dictates that you need partners with the capability to fund and build them. That’s what the Board of SDL has done.
