I'm leaning towards this line of thinking.
Alusion/Ronaflair is primarily used for smokey, sparkly eye-shadow. Like @vestro, it's difficult for me to imagine that there would be overwhelming demand - enough to drive the plant to capcity - with the present global backdrop. It's not exactly a "zoomleisureware" type of makeup.
