I think the gold price might level out and recede from record levels now Biden is evicting Trump, kicking and screaming, from the White House, and Covid vaccines are close. I sold out of MTC because an announcment which breached ASX listing rules and was ordered removed for that reason by the ASX led me to believe the capital raisings to be conducted this year and next were going to be at levels much lower than subsequently occured. I was misled by that announcement and I lost half my investment here and that hurt because I'm not wealthy. I'm just a retired soldier who was pensioned off on medical grounds and have never owned my own house. If I'm ever going to be able to afford one at this late age I need to invest in high risk, high return stocks and hold them for over a year so the tax take isn't too high but the risk profile here at MTC does not fit my objectives. I think I'd just lose it again in that timeframe.
