1) go to the office and ask the company for it. up to date 2) if you use commsecs iress or interactive brokers etc or other trading software they usually have it. 3) annual reports (but obviously not always up to date)
most of the time they're outdated, sometimes if you email the company tell them your name etc they'll send you it.
