This from the Chairman's address

The PSA is awaiting finalisation and approval by Myanmar’s Ministry of Natural
Resources and Environmental Conservation (MONREC) and other Government authorities. The Company has
prepared the documentation required for the MIC foreign investment permit and collaboration with MONREC to
facilitate the application for a foreign investment permit from MIC is progressing well.
Once the new PSA has been signed by MONREC, BJV will be in a position to complete the Definitive Study.
Notwithstanding possible delays due to the impact of COVID-19 and Myanmar’s November General Election, the
Company remains optimistic that the PSA will be submitted for approval to MIC this year.

Prepared does not mean submitted and my guess it has not been done as yet.

Senior officials within MONREC are working with the BJV to finalise the PSA and key project documents, in advance of making the BJV’s
application for the foreign investment permit. In-country engagement with the Myanmar Government regarding the MIC permit
application and PSA negotiations continue to be positively advanced by MYL’s local joint venture partners, EAP and WMM.
Project finance and offtake discussions commenced during the period with positive engagement from banking groups, royalty investors,
metal smelters and metal trading houses which led to the receipt of multiple draft terms sheets. The completion of binding terms sheets
will be reliant on the achievement of customary project finance milestones such as the receipt of government approvals and publishing
the Definitive Study.
