Look forward to seeing your number .. stick to US$ and exclude derivatives (i.e. adjusted EBITDAX). It's the earnings of the asset we are interested in, at whatever assumed commodity price you're using. Any potential acquirer doesn't get the value of the gain(loss) on derivatives ... they remain with OEL.
