If its a dud , then that's the speculative end of the market for you .
We ALL cop it on the chin ..... I'm not feeling great with the share price atm.
However, this is speculative. The idea is feasible and the pay off large. The management is sound.
I'd be getting ratty if the management were not being dilligent , or there were missteps along the way - the land , project, results are fate and dilligence.
This one is just going to be a slow burn , patience is the only way forwards here.
If anyone has actually insight to the area - I would be interested to have your opinions ...
