    I am very mixed about PSA. Based in the quality of the asset it is a buy. Based on the quality of the management I would not go anywhere near it. My issue with them has always been the big promises that are never fulfilled. The delay in production and the deferral of relisting after only 30 days again reinforces that these guys have no idea. Hope the holders get to production and make some money.
