Aggregate non-executive director pay increase: Ben Guo and Simon Kidston (from Director) moving to that position so the pool needs to increase.
Battery delays: Should announce offtake soon, on track for FC by the end of the year or early next year. All other elements are 'very well progressed'
Simon Kidston Selling Shares: Needed the money for personal reasons.

Just an observation: Seems as though Simon Kidston is potentially looking to be less involved in the business. Moving from Executive Director to Non-Executive Director. Also noticed James is doing a lot more of the interviews and question answering lately.
