My intention was to start a conversation more so than make a statement, so I probably should have elaborated earlier. My thinking was along the lines that she is consults on audit and risk which I believe would be covered by the experience and qualifications of the other directors. Although it seems I was in the very very small minority in this thought.
Regarding your comments on the battery:
100%.agree, I'm not dissatisfied with the timeline and details on the battery, my query was more for the benefit of others in the forum.
