I don't think its lithium related. They are at the mercy of Powerlink (connection approval), offtaker (PPA/lease), JV equity partner (50% equity), banks (50% finance), Tesla (batteries), Contractor (Construction). So its not really up to Genex when its actually happens IMO. The dominos need to line up and fall in the right order and it only takes one to derail the timeline.
