Technically, 'off-the shelf' engine for UAV is a big ask, because UAV operates in variety of environments, harsh temperatures, different requirements of flight duration, a couple of hours to several days.
If sellers dump OEC today just because of the news of MoA between LIS and Boeings-Insitu, which is in very early stage of investigation, no certainty of success. If that is the case then these sellers get what they deserve.
