To be fair, while disappointing, the issue with McPhillamy's is largely out of the managements control, likely not helped by the fact that the NSW govt has been busy imploding on COVID and abuse of powers concerns. This area was always going to be difficult due to the approvals process (which can be pretty vague in NSW) as well as the number and variety of stakeholders that are influencing it.
