It is not unusual in this business for Directors to consider shares being issued to them free of charge as a God given right. Director buying is not that prevalent due to the inherent flaws in the system.
On a valuation basis it is not out of the ordinary that an explorer be valued at between $100-$150 per resource ounce. RRL is currently being valued as an exploration play- totally ridiculous.
