I don't think that's what DISCIPULA means, "to tell the directors how to spend their money".
Come on guys, this is market, facing such low valuation and constant price decline, the logic is if the Directors is confident in the company they lead, they would demonstrate through buying on market. It's a common practice, a way to communicate with the shareholders. Showing their confidence through real $$$.
