I will be interested to see what the sh return will be or if the money will be used to buy more centres in Oz.
Is it a trade sale and if so we need to be told what share buy back will be. Maybe a mix of share buy back / div and money kept aside for new centres.
Hate too see EVO left with millions of SOI and only some 15 oz based centres.
Been a long covid winter in this sector so a bit of sh return is warranted
