Yea - I think they could have squeezed another 10-15M out of it, but I guess maybe directionally positive.
Stock seems to be moving positively in NZ.
Valuation is undemanding overall so I guess however we can crystallize the value as fast as possible is a positive, even if it appears they left some money on the table.
