Board was asked a simple question regarding resolution (5) 71,500,000 options being part of the LDA deal which they were unable to answer or even attempt to answer, would have taken someone 5 minutes to get the info and answer the question during the meeting
The strike price of the options is 125% of the 90-day VWAP at the two-year
anniversary of the issue of the options, or if the 90-day VWAP at the two-year anniversary
of the issue of the options is at least $0.55, then $0.70.
