Pretty sure I was chucking a tanty because we'd be trading brand authority for ad revenue, and now the homepage of the website looks like absolute garbage and we're not getting ad revenue.
Might make sense to re-open access to the credits, then redirect users to buy merchandise off vinyl.com in future, maybe a better monetisation gateway.
This would open us to scraping risk though. So not sure it's as easy as I'm making it out to be.
