From interviews, I got the impression that funding was imminent and due by the end of January at the latest. Now he gives himself 12 months wiggle room:

"In this financial year and over the next 12 months we can look forward to getting Stage 1 up and running, completion of the FEED and BFS, securing full project funding, and Final Investment Decision (FID).”

But the interviews got the CR done.
