Resolution 6 of AGM.

Don't fret guys, depending on how you view the current financial situation, this could be potentially good news. You be the judge. Personally, I like it because I think it is good practice, speeds things up.

When you voted for "Resolution 6 – Approval of Additional 10% Placement Capacity", in the latest AGM, the following is part of what you approved:

"The 10% Placement Capacity is in addition to the Company’s 15% placement capacity under Listing Rule 7.1 and allows the Company to issue up to 25% of its total issued capital."

So don't be surprised if, out of the blue in the next few weeks, you get a TH and a huge influx of funds (I hope). That is, of course, if the project timing hasn't slipped again.
