Yeah, agree, thought it was a good summary of current events. A positive decision on the NME saga should at least give us some hope for the future. The projects are still very prospective, just need some certainty and a bit of luck.

I can only imagine what the Justice thinks of NME's commitment to the JV with these kinds of antics,

"Nex has, for various spurious reasons, not paid any of the cash calls we have made as Manager of the Joint Venture."

"To date they have even refused to pay their share of any funds that are required just to maintain the Kookynie Project’s licences."
