He used to be a stock broker so I assume his answers are flowing out as smooth as silk.

If they have signed a 'binding' agreement with Charge it is possible the people behind this were invited to attend & may even be approaching other main shareholders to help raise the required cash?
Not that it is the prime outcome or is very likely but it would be good if they did allow all shareholders to be able to participate now & get our piece of it even via Charge rather than lose it completely but assume they will stick to the smallest group of elite shareholders they posssibly can rather than bother with the small fry.

I still would like to know who they got to value the company though.
