I have just got out of the meeting after 2 1/4 hrs.
Phil was very ballsy by turning up, true salesman,smooth as.Nothing was ever his fault.
There were many angry shareholders asking many questions, some of which were answered, some not. One very organised
and professional shareholder had put 60 or so questions in written form to the board.They declined to answer them as written, said that they had to put them to their lawyers before answering.
I will leave it to others to give you a more detailed rundown on the meeting.
