Firstly - I wonder whether there were any shareholders actually at the meeting . If there was the first question should have been 'hey Bob, why have you got 'looking for work' on your LinkedIn profile' ????
Anyway will be interesting to see if they offer a capital raise to retail investors (I doubt many will take it up) or to sophisticated investors or both. They will need both to give it a chance. Either way you get this very bad feeling it's going to be a very low ball offer !!! Which of course if it is the share price will just head straight there anyway. Will be interesting to see if they announce it before the reopen in June. I'd say they will have to !!?? E.
