    I read it differently but maybe it's just me he's not saying that IDC and Wingfield aren't close to due diligence sign off that is happening imo he's saying the 3-4 others they are talking to are about to move to due diligence if we are lucky maybe they can get it back before Christmas break lol.

    Very poorly worded though
