Your timeline of failures actually goes back way further, there were "advanced negotiations with multiple parties" back in 2021.
The sooner you realize this current BoD have no intention to actually go mining (unless some miracle offer they receive outweighs the effort required to actually do things for their renumeration imo), the better things will go for you.
