So you thought GFC was getting a share of the company too cheap and voted no.
Well you've just given it to him gift wrapped with a bow.
The company has no revenue stream, no liquid assets.
GFC is entitled to a refund of the money it has invested so far as well as costs (undetermined amount).
There could also be a class action lawsuit lodged by the other 60% of shareholders given the conduct of Giles.
The company will be forced into receivership. Guess who'll be getting a bargain ?
