I think you will find the CFO was moved on so that the CEO can go back to his old role of CFO & COO.
It appears the pipeline is strong with $11m of annualised revenue leads and they have a conservative $3m target on converting those by June next year. They need to surprise on the upside of that to start to win back credibility. The market wants to see revenue growth before handing over more $ in a raising next year.
