    2 they are spending like no tomorrow
    3 it’s a complicated sales pipe
    4 they have no control of the actual end consumer
    5 they need a sale of significance

    looks like a great product looking for a home...
    we need a strategic partner to take a large chunk and lift this co out of the scramble otherwise 5c lookout.
