The criminal got out years ago SUDs. 5yr sentence with only 2 served. Probably less.
$5mill plus fraud/theft and think about how many cap raises we had to go through because she was pilfering our money and the dilution (50%+?) it caused us as well.
We are the ones still suffering the penalty. Looks like we got 8-20 yrs and probably a death sentence.
