Perhaps if there wasn't low hanging performance targets they would of expedited those 4 years?
You also have to take into account extra shares on the registry and the perception of mgmt by existing and potential shareholders. It could mean a difference between a buy or a sell which changes the shareprice.

I also am being selfish and if I get another 1c or more on the current shareprice it makes a big difference, sure it would to others as well.

And many people are saying let's still give them but with reasonable targets.
