    @mike999, I hope I'm not being disrespectful or out of order with this post seeing we worked together years ago but here goes.

    If your current NME holdings were converted at the 4.81 being offered at the moment you would easily be in the top 10 of MCT. You have said on this site previously that the merger of the two companies makes sense so I'm wondering what conversion figure would you accept?

    I understand if you won't comment but thought it never hurts to ask.
