    Delisting to save potential future dilutive equity raisings...

    The alternative is either private equity or more debt financing.

    What a disgrace to current public shareholders.

    Why bother listing in the first place? Certainly lined the pockets of a select few execs...that's for sure!

    Again, what a farce.
