Management have completely burnt their bridges and now have to go. They won't be credibly able to raise capital and LVT needs to get new management if SH want to see long term returns.
I would reconsider investing in LVT if Karl goes; for as long as he is there I won't touch it - his delisting shenanigans were the final straw.
