Personally, i would offer a VP of sales/country manager from a big 20 saas vendor who wants to progress to a CEO role.

Base salaries for these types of roles a 500K base + OTE - incentives and shares for a big hitter. many of these have run start-ups too at some point in their careers.

These types of people are often much better than start up people on alliance and channel selling which is a massive failure and missed opportunity for LVT. Now they are behind the eightball with Microsoft as if i was MS rep, i would keep them away now as they would conflict with my Viva pitch (and some of their new roadmap)
