yes agree, first read seems nothing wrong and the SP shouldn't be this low.
but read it twice and you'll find really no much happening: still low NdPr price (thanks to China), funding mentioned but not firmly secured and no progress towards earth moving stage.
It's a hold to me at this moment, not buying more until positive news kicked in, but not selling either.
