Agree, and the offer is less than the $2.50 put forward by the Canadian consortium which had also been rejected !$2.50 is the baseline that needs to be improved upon before access to data IMO. Anything less (such as the current offer) is inadequate and should be rejected.
I like the comment by our Chairwoman, it was something along the lines of "we need to ensure that value is attained by ALL shareholders, the silent majority.
