What is the chance that Noble et al. delists and takes RES private?

If they really wanted to is there any thing stopping them?

There is obviously money to be made in the mine. I wonder though if it is just going to be simpler to get funding with the whole thing private.

No idea where that would leave share holders. I assume there would need to be a buy out price.
