I'm hoping for a decent market shake-out because I'd love to pick up more Webster shares at lower prices.

Webster has water entitlements valued at an estimated $350m versus its market capitalisation of $580m. I'd love to see Webster become a 'water baron'. That'd be a great thing for the agricultural sector and the Australian economy as a whole. Get the government out of water altogether - aside from purchasing a bit for 'the environment' (and paying the market price for what it wants rather than stealing it).
