i have no idea.
guessing it’s a cap raise or takeover but I think latter unlikely because microequities/ anacacia and management own 50% and current price massively undervalues business.
hopefully it’s structured on good terms for existing holders (which one would imagine would be the case considering the insider ownership). Would be great if they released the results as well.
they may be under capitalized to take on the opportunity in the payments space as incumbents lose market share to new entrants.
