Ann: Chairman's and Managing Director's letter to Shareholders, page-16

I'm with Eirexpat on the take out from today's announcement. Forget about all the window dressing crap, when you break it down we are JCT Health and that's about it. Without JCT Health we have no real income at present and no value IMO. This has been a gut wrenching ride for long term shareholders who like me put their faith in management only to realise it is misplaced trust. My holding has lost so much of it's value it is almost pointless selling so I am leaving what's left on the table and will never put another cent into this stock. I have no faith in management and don't trust the announcements anymore.
IMO if this turns around it will be a miracle so lets pray for one!!!
Sorry to be so negative but how many kicks to gut can shareholders take.
