The date of Chairman's Letter and MDs' Letter (ie 29 September 2017) is correct. As per Listing Rule.

Chairman’s Letter
Dear Shareholders,
It is with pleasure that I present to you Xped Limited’s (Xped) Annual Report for the financial year ended 30 June 2017 (“FY17”) – my first as your Chairman.

Managing Directors' Letter
Dear Shareholders,
I am pleased to present to you the Xped Limited Annual Report for the financial year ended 30 June 2017 (“FY17”).

In accordance to Listing Rule 4.10 (Information for Annual Report), company must provide for information that is current at a date specified by the entity, which must be on or after the balance date and not be more than 6 weeks before the report is given to ASX.

The report is given to ASX today (16 October 2017 - date of Notice of AGM). So, the 29 September 2017 date is within the 6 weeks prior to 16 October 2017. It is normal for annual report.  

Whatever that's stated in both letters are status as at 29 September 2017.
