Tessa attended the AGM webinar. Notwithstanding the present stalling of profits, she was encouraged. The big pieces of news were a hint that after NSW will come South East Queensland, and that a partnership with a US distributor is more developed than Tessa had understood it to be. There were negatives too, but we were already aware of them, they seem temporary in nature, and should alleviate progressively relative to the pandemic. As always, the company seems really well poised. One can easily imagine a future, perhaps five years down the track, where Road Safety Rentals is thrIving along the East coast, and high margin HV2 barriers are being exported to a score of US states. It seems very achievable, but of course, it has to be realised. I’m quietly confident we will eventually get there, and there are brighter days ahead. Potentially very bright indeed.
